At Kerkhoff Chiropractic every effort is made to keep the cost of your care down. Our fees are reasonable and are based on the procedures performed and the amount of time that the doctor spends with you. Only the necessary diagnostic tests and treatment procedures are performed.

For your convenience our office accepts many types of payments.

Visa, MasterCard, Discover
Personal checks, certified checks
Most auto insurance
Worker's compensation with proper referral
Personal injury - physician's lien on approval
Health insurance, most plans, on assignment
Payment plans for those with little or no insurance coverage for chiropractic services
Payment is expected at time of service unless other arrangements are made in advance.

All insurance paperwork is done in our office. If you have insurance, please bring your plan information with you to your first visit. We will work with you to assure that you receive the maximum benefits to which you are entitled.
